I (Jerry Z) have been a professional musician for almost 40 years and have spent the last 12 years teaching drumming and accompanying dance classes at Connecticut College plus another 12 years at the University of Utah before that. I have performed with groups of all kinds including Jazz, R&B, Salsa, Orchestral, Avant Garde, Rock, Reggae, Middle Eastern, African, and others. I have also performed with legendary jazz trumpeter Freddie Hubbard, nostalgia groups like the Platters, the Coasters, the Ink spots and many more. My CD "The Voice" is availabe online from several sources. I have enjoyed teaching so much that I am reaching out to the private sector/general public. Everyone should be able to enjoy this fun and valuable experience!
